We offer two Coordination packages to suit your needs:
Full Service Coordination
Begins six weeks out - for the bride who wants support leading up to the Big day and help finalizing all the important details
Six week out in person planning meeting to create / finalize detailed timeline and discuss decor

Create detailed floor plans of ceremony and reception with unlimited edits

Make contact with all vendors four weeks out to confirm arrival and departure times

Review all vendor contracts

Coordinate and attend final venue walkthrough with venue coordinator and caterer

Guest count management
Day-of Coordination
True day-of only coordination - for the Type A bride who has planned every single detail and just needs us to come in and execute the vision
​One phone call four weeks out to go over timeline and decor needs
We will attend final venue walkthrough, scheduled and coordinated by you with necessary vendors including catering

You create your own timeline and floor plans and send to all vendors
​
You handle vendor coordination leading up to wedding day including confirming arrival and departure times
