We offer two Coordination packages to suit different needs:
Full-Service Coordination
Begins six weeks out - for the couple who wants more support beyond just day-of. This package will help you tie all the important details together
Pre-wedding Planning
Coordination and Decor planning folder sent upon signing
Unlimited email communication beginning at signing
Review all vendor contracts
Make contact with all vendors to confirm arrival and departure times
Six week out in-person or virtual planning meeting:
- we will create a detailed timeline, discuss getting ready plan, vendor logistics, photo timeline, ceremony processional, and personal decor
Create detailed floor plans of ceremony and reception space with unlimited edits
Coordinate and attend final venue walkthrough with venue coordinator and caterer
Guest count management
Distribution of final timeline and floor plans to all vendors
Rehearsal
Coordinate and lead ceremony rehearsal (1 hour at venue)
Wedding Day (10 hours on site)
Manage ceremony and reception timeline ensuring the day runs smoothly and all needs are met
Be your point person who will answer vendor questions and make decisions on your behalf
Handle logistical problems behind-the-scenes so you remain stress-free
Act as liaison between vendors, wedding party, and family
Direct vendor setup and ensure commitments are fulfilled
Setup personal decor (decor not brought in by another vendor)
Cue wedding party and DJ / musicians for ceremony
Cue wedding party, family, and DJ for major reception moments (grand entrance, first dances, speeches, etc.)
Takedown and box personal decor
Distribute vendor tips
Starting at $1,700

Day-of Coordination
True day-of only services - for the Type A bride who has planned every detail and just wants us to execute the vision so you can enjoy your Big day
This package is for you if:
✔️ You have a venue coordinator creating and sending your floor plans and managing guest counts
✔️ You have the time to manage and communicate with all vendors and organize their logistics up until day of wedding
✔️ You feel confidant creating your own detailed timeline which you will send to all vendors
✔️ You do not need a coordinator at your ceremony rehearsal and have the processional flow timed and organized
✔️ Your venue does not require a coordinator*
This package includes:
Pre-wedding Planning
Coordination and Decor planning folder sent upon signing with a timeline template you fill in yourself
One venue walkthrough, scheduled by you and coordinated with your other vendors
One virtual planning call one week out from wedding day to go over all logistics as you have planned it
Wedding Day (10 hours on site)
Manage ceremony and reception timeline ensuring the day runs smoothly and all needs are met
Be your point person who will answer vendor questions and make decisions on your behalf
Handle logistical problems behind-the-scenes so you remain stress-free
