Your wedding day is one of the most important and memorable days of your entire life! We are here to not only help create those special moments in your day, but to also help you coordinate your timeline so the day flows smoothly, make announcements so guests stay informed, and make the planning process stress-free so you walk away having had the best day of your life! We take care of every music detail from pre-ceremony to the grand exit. Our easy online planning forms gather all the information we need to host your big day, play those special songs, keep the dance floor moving, make announcements, and stay on schedule. We guide you through the process to help you customize every music playlist so your wedding day is uniquely you. If you would like a more hands-off approach to planning, you can tell us the important songs to play and we will handle the rest!

CEREMONY
Whether your ceremony is located inside of a beautiful venue or outside against the gorgeous background of Colorado nature, our setup will provide everything your ceremony needs!
We will begin playing the pre-seating music 30 minutes prior to ceremony start time. You can customize your pre-seating music to fit the vibe of your ceremony - instrumental versions of your favorite songs, classical music, folk/bluegrass - we can do it all!
When the ceremony begins, we can play a customized song for the wedding party entrance, and the bride will walk down the aisle to the special song of their choice. During the ceremony your officiant will be equipped with a wireless microphone and there will be an extra microphone waiting for when it comes time to say those sacred vows. After saying “I do” we can play a celebratory song as the newly married couple and wedding party exits.
Having live music or singers? We can enhance musicians and singers by equipping them with microphones and amplifying the quality of their sound so all guests can hear them clearly.
COCKTAIL HOUR
During cocktail hour we will keep your guests happy and entertained while you take your first photos as newlyweds! You can provide us a playlist of songs or genres, or we can handle the playlist for you. We typically play jazz, classic rock, oldies, etc. We will make announcements and keep guests informed as the hour progresses, and move everyone to be seated for dinner to prepare for your Grand Entrance!
GRAND ENTRANCE, DINNER & TOASTS
Our job as hosts is to introduce your wedding party and, most importantly, get the whole room to join us in celebrating you - the newlyweds! We will move through those special first dance songs, introduce and give mic’s to those giving speeches and toasts, and play your custom dinner hour playlist while everyone dines. If you would like us to handle the dinner hour playlist, we typically play Rat Pack, Jazz,The Beatles, etc.
DANCE PARTY
Now it’s time to kick off the dance party with your favorite song and get everyone on the dance floor! The DJ mixes live, flowing in and out of all your “must play” songs, avoiding the “do not play” list, taking requests, and reading the energy in the room to keep the dance floor moving all the way until the last song of the night. We will coordinate your grand exit and make sure the night ends with a grand finale!
